The mandap is where the ceremony happens and where almost every photograph from it will be taken. It also has to work with your venue: ceiling height, floor space, where the fire can safely sit, and how much room the priest and both families need around it.
We build traditional four-pillar mandaps as well as cleaner contemporary frames — square, round or open-front — dressed with drapery, florals and greenery in your ceremony colours. If your family has specific requirements for the structure, tell us early and we'll design around them rather than asking you to adapt.

Most Melbourne reception centres have firm bump-in windows and their own rules about open flame, rigging and floor protection. We deal with venue coordinators directly on all of that, and can send our certificate of currency for public liability insurance straight to them.
Plenty of ceremonies also happen at home or in a marquee, and mandaps work perfectly well in both. We check access, ground surface and overhead clearance beforehand so nothing is a surprise on the morning.
