Gather n Grace was founded by Neha Varma, who has always had a passion for styling and décor — the kind of person who notices how a room is dressed before she notices anything else about it.
After moving to Melbourne, Neha turned that instinct into a business. What she kept seeing was a gap: decorators who understood Indian ceremonies but not Western weddings, or the reverse — and families having to explain their traditions twice, to two different suppliers, for one weekend of celebrations.
Gather n Grace was built to be the answer to that. Mandaps and haldi mornings, white weddings, mehndi nights, baby showers, milestone birthdays and corporate functions — styled by one team that understands all of it. Some clients hand us the whole event. Others hire a few pieces from our catalogue and style it themselves. Both are genuinely fine by us.

In practice that looks like a haldi on the Friday morning, a ceremony under a mandap on the Saturday, and a white-linen reception on the Sunday — same crew, same standards, one phone number. It also means we understand the parts that aren't in a styling brief: which rituals need floor space, where the families will gather, and how quickly a room has to turn around between events.

We style wherever the celebration is happening — reception centres, function rooms, community halls, temples, marquees, gardens and private homes. A haldi in a back yard matters as much to us as a ballroom wedding, and a lot of the most memorable set-ups we do are in people's houses.
Based in Melbourne's South-East and working right across the metropolitan area, including venues in the Yarra Valley and on the Mornington Peninsula.
