We work across metropolitan Melbourne, with most events in the South-East — Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley, Clayton, Dandenong, Berwick, Narre Warren and Cranbourne — plus the western suburbs and CBD. We also travel to Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula venues, where a travel fee may apply.
Yes. Our Hire Catalogue is available as DIY hire, so you can take individual pieces — backdrops, props, centrepieces — and style them yourself. Full-service styling, where we deliver, install and pack down, is a separate option.
For full-service bookings, yes — delivery, installation, styling and pack-down after the event are all included, so nothing is left for your family to deal with on the night.
Earlier is better for peak wedding season. Get in touch with your date as soon as you have it and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours — we do also take shorter-notice bookings when the diary allows.
Yes. Gather n Grace holds public liability insurance and is ABN registered (ABN 42 931 253 013). Many Melbourne venues ask suppliers for a certificate of currency and we can provide ours on request.
